Registration costs (rough breakdown)
Conference registration
Pre-registration is now closed. You may register on site at the conference beginning Monday, March 26 at 6pm
VRA members – $195
Non-members (register via an email address) – $295
Exhibitors – $325 ($50 for each additional personnel)
Daily rate – $95 (one allowed)
Tansey Dinner – $45 (optional)
Workshops – $55 (half-day) $95 full day (optional)
Tours – $40-55 (optional)
Commemorative portfolio - $10 (optional)
Hotel room rate – $149 per night (single or double) plus 14.85% occupancy tax and $1.73 arena tax (roughly $174 total)
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Requests for a conference registration fee refund must be made in writing by March 2, 2007 and sent to:

The refund is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Fees for special events (workshops, tours, Tansey Dinner) are non-refundable unless VRA has cancelled a tour, workshop, or special event due to under-subscription. If this occurs, all registrants will be informed via e-mail or phone and a refund for the cancelled event fee will be mailed within the month following the conference. There will be no on-site refunds.
