Now that you have registered for the annual conference and are planning your week, please consider donating some of your time: VRA is looking for volunteers to staff the Registration Desk during the week of the 25th Annual Conference at the Intercontinental Kansas City at the Plaza.

Volunteering at the Registration Desk is one of the best ways to meet and greet VRA colleagues as they arrive to pick up their registration materials. Please use the online form link below—and submit before February 20, 2007.

* Monday, March 26 - 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
* Tuesday, March 27 - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
* Wednesday, March 28 - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
* Thursday, March 29 - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
* Friday, March 30 - 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
* Saturday, March 31 - 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Tell us who you are and when you would like to volunteer at the Registration Desk.

When finished with the volunteer process, click the Submit button below. You will receive an auto-response in your browser that you should print as a reminder of your scheduled times. This information will be sent to Leigh Gates, Registration Desk Manager.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your volunteer schedule.
