Location
This year at VRA-Kansas City we are concentrating the exhibitor’s schedule into a one day event, and clearing the afternoon of most other activities to bring the focus onto the exhibit hall. We are also planning to have coffee breaks interspersed throughout the day to get our members into the exhibit area.
Once again the exhibit hall will be located at the center of most of the conference activities surrounding the ever-popular VRA Commons on the Ballroom level right outside the primary meeting rooms. This foyer will also be the location of the ever-popular VRAffle. We expect that this central location will bring exhibitors into direct contact with the greatest number of conference attendees. Registration
All conference registration is completed online regardless of payment type.
Exhibitor's Registration Fees
$325 for one exhibitor
$50 for each additional booth personnelOnline Registration Form (if not a member of VRA use the "enter email address" box to access form.)
Exhibit space will not be confirmed without receipt of payment on or before that date.
This fee entitles the exhibitor to one 6 foot draped table, a standard electrical outlet, a company identification sign, a listing in the exhibitor directory to be part of the final conference program, and access to a central posting board to advertise special product service demonstrations.
Registration also includes full conference registration for each exhibitor and all additional booth personnel. Any events that require additional fees, such as tours, workshops and certain special events will still require these extra fees to be paid.

Once you have completed the online registration form, additional information is below regarding AV rentals, internet connections, shipping instructions etc. Once we have received your payment you will be contacted directly by our Exhibit Hall Coordinator to choose the location of your booth.

Materials can arrive three days prior to the conference; there is a $2 charge for envelopes and packages and a $5 charge for boxes, crates and metal containers to hold and then deliver to the destination in the hotel.
AV Rentals and Internet Connections
Swank Audio Visuals is the AV provider at the Intercontinental Kansas City. They can be contacted directly to set up any internet connections and will be onsite to trouble shoot any problems. Their contact person is:

Literature Display
A place on the literature table will be available for $50. Companies may display up to 750 brochures or up to 100 catalogs. We are not accepting materials for inclusion with the registration packets unless they include a coupon for our members. There is simply not enough room with all the other materials already included.
