Volunteer to Tend the VRAffle Tables

Volunteer to help staff “The Call of the Frozen North” VRAffle Table.  This includes receiving and setting out donations, selling tickets, and helping those who are browsing the offerings.

Please sign up for 2 hour shifts.  Our goal is to have two volunteers for every shift.

What are you waiting for- an invitation? Well, here‘s it is- join the merry band of volunteers who form the elite squad of Raffle Rousers. RR’s assist with the drawing, both behind the scenes and in handing out the prizes. Introverts and extroverts alike can find a comfy fit. No experience necessary. Contact Empress Patti McRae Baley directly at patricia.mcrae@unlv.edu. All training (including beauty queen waves) provided. Come for the conference, stay for the camp!

As always, thank you for supporting the Travel Awards fund via the VRAffle, for 100% of all proceeds go to this cause!

Tell us about you and when you would like to volunteer at the VRAffle Tables and/or for the drawing as a Raffle Rouser (backstage or at the footlights).  When finished filling out the form, click the Submit button.  You will receive an auto-response notice in your browser that you should print as a reminder of your scheduled times.  This information will also be sent to Empress Patti McRae Baley, VRAffle Headliner.

The hours for the desk are:

Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.*
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Friday: 10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.**
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (VRAffle closes at 3:30)
Saturday: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. (Sack-Up Set-Up)
