There is a free shuttle from the airport/bus station/train station/ to the hotel from 5 am to 12 am. Please claim all baggage first and then call the Westin San Diego at (619) 239-4500 and ask them to send the shuttle. The airport is very close to the hotel and downtown (perhaps 15 minutes) so the response should be very quick.
