Exhibitor Registration Information Location The Exhibition Hall will be held on the second floor in the space between the Crystal and Emerald Ballrooms. Registration All conference registration is completed online regardless of payment type. Exhibitor's Registration Fees $325 for one exhibitor Online Registration Form Exhibit space will not be confirmed without receipt of payment on or before that date. This fee entitles the exhibitor to a listing in the exhibitor directory to be part of the final conference program, and access to a central posting board to advertise special product service demonstrations. Separate arrangements will need to be made with the hotel for the table set up, the electrical connection and internet access (if needed). Registration also includes full conference registration for each exhibitor and all additional booth personnel. Any events that require additional fees, such as tours, workshops and certain special events will still require these extra fees to be paid. Due to limited space, the hotel cannot accept packages more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to opening of registration for the group. Packages must be shipped off property within 24 hours of completion of convention. In order for the hotel to receive, manage and store materials, the following handling charges apply to all incoming and outgoing shipments, including those being shipped via pre-paid account:
These fees apply to both incoming and outgoing packages. (All package handling and storage rates are up to the discretion of the hotels banquet/purchasing staff.) *** Storage of packages received outside of the set periods will incur additional fees of $50-$200 per day, depending on size & weight. If the hotel is unable to accommodate storage, packages will not be accepted and be returned to sender. The Group will be responsible for packing and labeling of all outgoing materials. Literature Display A place on the literature table will be available for $50. Companies may display up to 750 brochures or up to 100 catalogs. We are not accepting materials for inclusion with the registration packets unless they include a coupon for our members. There is simply not enough room with all the other materials already included.
