Registration Fee Payment

Conference registration fees may be made by credit card (online) or by check. If you are paying by check, it must be postmarked no later than February 1, 2008, the day that online registration ends. Please make checks payable to Visual Resources Association and send to:

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Requests for a conference registration fee refund must be made in writing by March 2, 2008 and sent to:

Baltimore, MD 21218.

The refund is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Fees for special events (workshops, tours, Tansey Event) are non-refundable unless VRA has cancelled a tour, workshop, or special event due to under-subscription. If this occurs, all registrants will be informed via e-mail or phone and a refund for the cancelled event fee will be mailed within the month following the conference. There will be no on-site refunds.
