Capacity-controlled events:

• Regular workshop: $60
• Longer workshop: $70
• Walking tours: $20

Payment Information:

• All online registration fees are payable in US dollars.
• On-site payment can be made via charge card (Visa or MasterCard only), personal or institutional check, or cash.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds of conference registration fees will be made through February 28th; however, an administrative cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged.
• No refunds at all will be given for tours or workshops, unless cancelled by us due to under-subscription.
• Any refund requests made after February 28th must be made in writing to the VRA Treasurer, stating the reason for the refund request. The $25.00 administrative cancellation fee and the "no refunds for tours or workshops" policy will apply in these cases as well.

Registration Desk Volunteers:

VRA conference-goers!  We are looking for volunteers to work on the registration desk in Atlanta. If you have an hour or two that you could donate for the Registration Desk, we'd love to hear from you!

Please think of "shifts" as starting on the hour, between 8:00 am (8:00 - 9:00) to 6:00 pm (5:00 - 6:00) Tuesday evening, March 16 to Saturday morning, March 20. Those who arrive on Tuesday may be able to help at a particularly busy time between 6:00 - 9:00 pm, and those leaving later on the weekend are most welcome to work the desk on Saturday, March 20 from 8:00 - 12:00 noon.

Whether one hour is all that you can offer, or several hours over the span of the conference,  we'll slot you into the schedule. We are willing to work with whatever is convenient to you. Please contact Mary Alexander at malexand@ua.edu and indicate what time(s) work(s) for you. You'll receive a confirmation email about your shift as soon as the schedule is finished.

It is a great central place to be situated for an hour or two! You can look forward to greeting old friends and new at the Registration Desk at VRA in Atlanta. Thanks in advance for your help!
