REGISTRATION
ENDED FEBRUARY 15th.
Location:
This year at VRA-Baltimore we are introducing a new scheduling format
to
the two day exhibit hall. After soliciting valuable feedback from
last year's
exhibitors we decided that this year we would offer, in addition to
the regular
exhibit hall venue, the opportunity to hold a 15-30 or 45 minute presentation
in
a private meeting room. We will also list the time, room and presentation
title in the official Conference Program. Scheduling time for presentations
will be on a first come - first served basis.
Once
again the exhibit hall will be located at the center of most all conference
activities surrounding the ever-popular VRA Commons and Registration
Desk
in the Constellation Foyer right outside the primary meeting rooms.
This foyer
will also be the location of the ever-popular VRAffle extravaganza.
We expect
that this central location will bring exhibitors into direct contact
with the greatest
number of conference attendees.

Also new this year is on-line registration and the opportunity to
pay using a credit
card. If you are not paying by credit card you still need to register
on-line and then
mail the payment to VRA Secretary, whose address is listed below.

$325 for one exhibitor
$50 for each additional
booth personnel

Registration
ends on February 15, 2006. Exhibit space will not be confirmed
and presentations wil not be scheduled without receipt of payment
on or before
that date.
This
fee entitles the exhibitor to one 6 foot draped table, a standard
electrical outlet,
a company identification sign, a listing in the exhibitor directory
to be part of the final
conference program, access to a central posting board to advertise
special product
service demonstrations, and a secured room from the close of the hall
on Wednesay
evening March 8th to the re-opening of the exhibits at 9:00 am on
Thursday, March 9th.
Registration also includes full conference registration for each exhibitor
and all
additional booth personnel. Any events that require additional fees,
such as tours,
workshops and certain special events, will still require these extra
fees to be paid.

Details:
Once you have completed the online registration form, you will be
sent the additional
information you will need regading AV rentals, internet connections,
shipping
instructions etc. Once we have received your payment you will be contacted
directly
by our Exhibit Hall Coordinator to schedule your presentation and
choose the location
of your booth.

Boxes can arrive two days prior to the conference,
the charge is $ 3.00 per box for to hold
for few days and to deliver to the destination in the hotel.
