March 6 - 10, 2005

       Daily Schedules

Dear VRA Colleagues,

The 2005 VRA Conference in Miami has been arranged into the following daily formats. This arrangement is somewhat similar to the format used in Portland and Houston. However, while we tried to keep sessions, seminars, special interest groups, and meetings scheduled primarily before 2:00 PM and to keep workshops and tours primarily in the afternoons, meeting room availability did not always allow that type of strict schedule. In response to suggestions from our members attending the POrtland conference, this year we have scheduled a half-hour coffee break every morning.

For most of the week, if you do not register for a workshop or tour, you will have some free time during the afternoon to enjoy the beach or the pool, go shopping on Lincoln Road, network with colleagues, browse the Exhibit Hall, or just have a leisurely lunch with old friends. Once again, this year's program underscores the strength of our session and workshop offerings.

The At-a-Glance pages are intended to give you a sense of the arrangement of the conference week. Just click on the links for an the daily schedule. The weekly schedule is also posted on this website and the most up-to-date version of the conference program will also be available at this conference website, so check back often.
