VRA Conference Registration Information
Online registration ended at midnight January 31, 2006

On-Site Registration Begins at 6 pm, March 5th at the Hyatt Hotel in Baltimore

VRA Members: $195.00

Non-Members: $325.

We cannot accept credit card payments at the hotel so be prepared to pay with cash or check.


Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Requests for a conference registration fee refund must be made in writing by February 14, 2006 and sent to Ann M. Thomas, VRA Treasurer, Department of Visual Arts, Arts Building 214, Union College, Schenectady, New York 12308.

The refund is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Fees for special events (workshops, tours, Tansey Bowl, bus tickets) are non-refundable unless VRA has cancelled an tour, workshop, or special event due to under-subscription. If this occurs, all registrants will be informed via e-mail or phone and a refund for the cancelled event fee will be mailed within the month following the conference. There will be no on-site refunds.

In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, VRA seeks to make its meetings accessible to all.
