We are looking for some voluteers to help us staff the VRAffle table. This will involve receiving donations, setting up and breaking down the display, selling tickets and generally being helpful to those who wish to share their contributions as well as those who want to win them! It's all in a good cause. We ask that you sign up for 2 hour shifts if possible. We would like to have two people for every shift. Thanks for your help and support!

Online Form Directions:

1. Plan your conference using the conference website, which contains conference program information.

2. Tell us who you are and when you would like to volunteer at the VRAffle table.

3. The hours for the desk are:
                Sunday 8:00 - 5:00
                Monday 8:00 - 5:00
                Tuesday 10:30 - 5:00
                Wednesday 8:00 - 4:00

4. When finished with the volunteer process, click the Submit button below. You will receive an auto-response in your browser that you should print as a reminder of your scheduled times. This information will be sent
to Patti McRae, Coordinator of Internal Development.

5. You will receive an e-mail confirming your volunteer schedule.
